Cancellation

I understand that life is hard to predict and plans can change. I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. ​Meaning you will be refunded 50% of the charge.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full session rate.

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible to discuss options.

At Mystic Spectrum, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is sometimes needed. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our scheduling, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy:

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule an appointment free of charge if the change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window before your appointment cannot be accommodated.

To reschedule an appointment, please do so directly through our booking system on Acuity, or by obtaining an email confirmation from Mystic Spectrum.

Missed appointments without prior notification cannot be rescheduled.

At Mystic Spectrum, I deeply respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information and session details. My commitment to your privacy is as follows:

Confidentiality: All information shared during our sessions, as well as personal data provided, will be kept strictly confidential.

Exception for Harm: The only exception to this policy is if there is a disclosure or indication of intent to harm yourself or others. In such cases, for the safety and well-being of all involved, we are ethically obligated to notify the appropriate authorities.

Consent: Apart from the scenario above, your personal information and session details will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

This policy is in place to create a safe and trusting environment for our work together. Your safety, both emotional and physical, is of paramount importance to us.

Refunds:

Refunds are available upon request for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

No refunds will be issued for appointments that have already taken place.

At Mystic Spectrum, my tarot readings and coaching sessions are provided with the intention of offering guidance and insight. Please keep in mind the following:

Guidance, Not Instruction: My services are intended to provide spiritual and personal guidance. They should not be taken as concrete instructions or definitive advice for life decisions.

Personal Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any actions you take based on our sessions. Mystic Spectrum, including its representatives and affiliates, will not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences of actions taken based on my guidance.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: My services do not replace professional advice from legal, medical, financial, or mental health professionals. We encourage you to seek professional guidance for such matters.

Age Limit: Clients must be 18 years or older or have consent from a parent or guardian to avail of our services.
